What is an Escape Room?

An escape room is a live, physical adventure game where your group is locked in a themed room and works together to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and escape within a set time limit - usually 60 minutes. At Master Escape Room, each of our themed rooms tells its own story and puts your problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork to the test. It's one of the most popular activities around for friends, families, date nights, and corporate team-building.
You are technically locked in for up to 60 minutes of game time, but you are never truly trapped - all fire and emergency exits stay open at all times in case of an emergency. We also keep a live line of communication and video surveillance on every room, so our team can assist you and keep you safe from start to finish.
Plan for about an hour and a half from start to finish. You will have 60 minutes on the clock inside the room to solve the puzzles and escape, and the rest of the time covers check-in, your pre-game briefing, and wrap-up afterward.
Yes! Many groups book more than one room in a single visit to try different themes back-to-back. Just remember to reserve each room separately when you book, so we can hold the time for your group.
No - every booking at Master Escape Room is completely private. Only the people in your group will be in the room; you will never be paired up with strangers, so it is just your team against the clock.
No - everything you need to solve the room is already inside it. Just bring your group's curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; you will use the elements of the room, your collective knowledge, and your wits to find the clues, crack the puzzles, and escape in time.
You must be 18 or older to book and reserve a room. Players aged 15 and up can take part on their own, as long as a parent or legal guardian signs their waiver, and younger children are welcome to play with their group. Kids 6 and under play for free. Regardless of age, every participant must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before the game begins.
Pricing is per person (before tax) and gets more affordable as your group grows. It is $46 per person for 1-2 players, $41 for 3, $39 for groups of 4-6, and $37 for 7-9. Groups of 10 or more get even lower team rates.
Yes. Larger groups get our best pricing and the most theme options: $35 per person for 10-17 players (up to 3 themes), $34 per person for 18-25 players (all 4 themes), and $32 per person for 26 or more (our premier rate with full access to all 4 themes). It is a great fit for companies, organizations, and large celebrations.
We currently offer four immersive themes: Crime Scene, Art Heist, Egyptian Tomb, and Jurassic Era. Each has its own storyline and puzzles, so every room plays differently.
Our rooms accommodate everything from a solo or duo (1-2 players) up to large groups of 26 or more. Smaller groups play a single themed room, while larger groups of 18 or more can get access to all four themes.

Yes. There is free on-site parking in the lot surrounding our building at 1700 North Dixie Hwy, so you can park close to the entrance.
